Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Recruitment Manager who will oversee their location’s HHA/PCA Recruitment team. This candidate has knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically home care. This role would be best filled by a person who is well-versed in a full cycle recruitment and works jointly with recruiters to oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes of HHA/PCA. As a recruiting manager, you will make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and assist the Director of PCA Recruitment to implement new ones.

Role & Responsibilities:

This role will report to the Director of PCA Recruitment to ensure weekly goals are met. This will allow our Intake and Staffing teams to schedule necessary care for patients. This position will enable business growth by hiring and credentialing field staff. The ideal candidate will aide in identifying new avenues to assist in bringing in the sheer volume of healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.

  • Supervise branch recruiters and onboarding specialist to help meet company goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Develop job specifications based upon new and current business needs.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection processes.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, aptitudes, and skill sets.
  • Onboard new hire for them to become fully integrated.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by your direct report or an executive team member to support the business needs of the organization.


  • 3 years of recruiting experience in a health care organization and clear understanding of homecare agencies.
  • Proficient in team management – explicitly with coaching, development, and influencing results.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel.
  • Familiar with current technology – Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software; UltiPro a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
  • Professional communication and organization skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine and booster if applicable.
  • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
