The Inside Sales/Intake Coordinator is a marketing & sales communication specialist, who will directly educate a prospective patient through the Private Pay division’s sales/ intake process leading to enrollment with Always Compassionate Home Care. This person will work closely with referral pipelines sources, patients, patient families, account managers, clinical department and coordination department to ensure all tasks are efficiently completed associated with the enrollment process.

Inside Sales/Intake Coordinator direct job function would allow a private pay patient receives the care they need and confirm all information about said patient has been correctly documented.

Salary starting at $70,000

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of NYS DOH Health Care operations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience in generating new referral pipelines in the health care industry
  • Proven ability to establish referral pipelines, generate leads and monitor referrals and maintaining new and existing contacts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to review and provide market differentiators to external stakeholders
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Home Care setting
  • Attention to detail with problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service background

Responsibilities:

  • Call on healthcare facilities, rehabilitation centers, Geriatricians, clinics and eldercare facilities
  • Meet or exceed establish cases taken under care cases
  • Generate client referrals from professional referral sources
  • Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the target communities
  • Refers to scheduling department need for coverage
  • Answers phones from referral sources for intakes
  • Reports back to referral source status of start of care
  • Ability to use time efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Technically savvy – proficient in use of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices
  • Exceptional communication skills – demonstrated ability to communicate and follow-up in a timely manner
  • Bachelor’s degree required
