The Account Manager will focus directly on educating a prospective patient through the intake process leading to enrollment with Always Compassionate Home Care.
This person will work closely with referral sources, account managers, clinical team, and provider relations to ensure all tasks are efficiently completed associated with the enrollment process. Intake Coordinators direct job function would allow a patient receives the care they need and confirm all information about said patient has been recorded correctly.
