Job Description

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an Onboarding Specialist with Home Care experience to onboard and orient all new hires in our Long Island Paraprofessional division. The responsibilities of the onboarding specialist include helping new hires learn company policies, showing new hires their job duties, scheduling and conducting orientations, and gathering necessary new hire documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring HHA’s and PCA’s.

Requirements:

  • Home Care experience a must
  • Ensure that all required documents are received by the applicant prior to orientation.
  • Work with recruiters to ensure the recruitment department is meeting their weekly hiring goals.
  • Onboard and schedule orientationson a weekly basis.
  • Conduct orientations in our new office location for all new hires.
  • Update compliance in Sandata system.
  • Upload all new hire and orientation documents to UltiPro.
  • Provide new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
  • Ensure new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their software and apps.
  • Recruit for paraprofessionals as needed using multiple CRM systems
  • Attend job fairs and events.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Excellent follow up and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel between Melville and our new Patchogue location is a must.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment phones, tablets, laptops and other devices.
  • Exceptional communication skills- demonstrated ability to communicate and follow-up in a timely manner.

Salary:

From $58,500.00 per year
