Always Compassionate Home Care (ACHC) is excited to announce the acquisition of Neighbors Home Care Services of White Plains, New York on April 4, 2021. Neighbors Home Care Services is being operated by ACHC under a management agreement already approved by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) until the completion of the change of ownership process. The combined resources of ACHC and Neighbors Home Care Services will immediately enhance the quality of services offered in the Westchester region.
