Always Compassionate Home Care (ACHC) is excited to announce that an agreement has been signed with Mid-Hudson Managed Home Care of Newburgh, New York on June 11, 2021 to merge based upon approval by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH). Until said approval by the NYSDOH, Always Compassionate has entered into a consulting management agreement with Mid-Hudson Managed Home Care. In the meantime, the caregivers and employees of Mid-Hudson will remain employees of Mid-Hudson until the ownership is formally transferred to Always Compassionate Home Care. The combined resources of ACHC and Mid-Hudson will immediately enhance the quality of services offered in the mid-Hudson Valley region.
